Do I really need an Interior Designer?
One of the most common reactions we hear from our clients post-project is, “We couldn’t have done it without you!” And let’s face it, if it were as simple as picking gorgeous fabrics and beautiful art, we wouldn’t be here. The many complex decisions involved and the time it would take them to research all the options, let alone developing a vision for the finished space are daunting, to say the least. It’s all uncharted territory for you, but it’s what we do all day, every day. And because we’re not starting from the beginning in terms of knowing how to navigate a design project, we’re able to drive your project’s further.

What do the design fees include?
Our design fees are inclusive of all creative and administrative work involved in your project. Design development, layouts, 2D and 3D rendering creation, product specification, and product procurement, receiving, warehousing, and installation in your home are part of our design packages and pricing.

 

Why can't we complete my project faster?
It’s certainly possible to design a room by simply selecting pretty paint, furniture, rugs, and décor. Many designers approach their clients’ projects in that way, but that’s only one piece of what we deliver to our clients. The level of detail we address and spell out for vendors and contractors provides precise records and direction of what’s needed to execute our clients’ projects with very little question (and small margin of error) along the way. We may not be the fastest or the cheapest designers around, but we’re OK with that because we know the project experience and the end results we provide our clients are more than worth it to them.

 

How will I know I'll like the items I'm deciding on before I see them in my space?
Few people in the world are able to envision spaces in 3D. Because it’s difficult for most of our clients to imagine what their finished spaces will look like, it’s hard for them to make confident decisions. Being able to visit our studio/showroom space helps with that as they’re able to see examples of actual furnishings, sit on sofas and chairs, feel fabrics, and experience colors and textures up close and personal. Their brains then have something real to help fill in the blanks as they imagine their own spaces.
