DESIGN CONSULTATION
Either as the initial step toward working with us in our Full Service Interior Design, New Construction & Renovation Design, or Cosmetics Finishes Refresh & Specification Design services, OR as a standalone service for those who need a little design advice, this meeting in your home (on-site or in our studio for new build projects) provides valuable brainstorming and recommendations for your project.
On Site In-Home Design Consultation service options are:
- Basic Consultation – Priced at $475 and includes up to 90 minutes* for one to two spaces of your choosing
- Advanced Consultation – Priced at $650 and includes up to 3 hours* for up to 3,500 sf of your space. Typically clients utilize this when they are working on, or considering, a whole house or main floor renovation.
New Construction In Studio (or Virtual) Design Consultation service options are:
- Basic New Construction Consultation – Priced at $475 and includes up to 90 minutes* for a floor plan/project overview, including basic recommendations on how to have a successful outcome.
- Advanced New Construction Consultation – Priced at $650 and includes up to 3 hours* for a more in depth floor plan/project review. This may include but isn’t limited to: red lining to plans, more detailed design concept direction, and recommendations on how to have a successful outcome.
*Additional time can be scheduled and billed at an hourly rate.
